You can ask Shifa Natural Healing to delete the personal information we hold about you — for example, order details, or the content of a conversation you've had with us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or this site's chat, where those channels are active.

How to request deletion

Message us on WhatsApp and tell us you'd like your personal information deleted. Please include your full name and either your order reference, or the phone number or email address you used with us, so we can find the right records — we cannot act on a request we can't match to an actual record.

What happens next

This is currently handled manually by Shifa's own team, not by an automated self-service tool. We will confirm what information we hold under your details and delete or anonymise it, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, financial/accounting records relating to a completed order) or where a specific record cannot be deleted immediately for a genuine technical reason — in either case, we'll tell you why.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data specifically

If you contacted us through Facebook Messenger or our WhatsApp Business Cloud API connection, deleting your conversation from our own systems does not delete your copy of that conversation inside Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp itself, or any separate data Meta holds about you — for that, use Meta's own account and privacy settings directly.
