Products, pricing and orders

Product descriptions, prices and availability shown on this site are provided for general information and are subject to change. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Content marked as demo/placeholder is fictional and not an offer of sale. Placing an order through checkout is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is actually out of stock).

Payment

Card payments are processed by our payment service providers — Yoco and/or Paystack. We do not receive or store your full card details. Some orders may instead be arranged and confirmed directly with us over WhatsApp.

Delivery

Nationwide courier delivery is available through The Courier Guy and, for certain orders, other delivery arrangements we use at checkout or arrange directly with you. Delivery times and costs shown are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by the courier itself.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

See our Returns & Refunds page. Not yet confirmed by Shifa: the exact return window, condition requirements, and who covers return shipping cost. Under the Consumer Protection Act, South African consumers have statutory rights (including, where applicable, a cooling-off period for direct marketing transactions) that this site's policies cannot reduce — the specific application of those rights to our products is part of the outstanding legal review.

Hygiene and personal-care items

As with most natural/personal-care products, opened items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons — the exact terms will be confirmed and stated clearly once a formal policy is in place.

Customer service

You can reach us via WhatsApp, and, where separately enabled, via this website's chat widget or Facebook Messenger. Some of these channels may be answered by an automated assistant before a person responds — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party integrations

This site connects to third-party services — including payment providers, a courier provider, email delivery, and, where enabled, Meta's Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp platforms and an optional AI provider — each governed by their own terms in addition to these.
