- How do I pay for my order?
- Place your order through the website cart, then Shifa confirms and collects payment with you via WhatsApp, or pay online at checkout where that option is shown. Your order is recorded either way, nothing is lost.
- Is my order information secure?
- Your order total is always calculated and verified on our server from the live product catalogue, never taken as-is from your browser, so pricing can't be tampered with in transit.
Delivery & Collection
- Do you deliver, and where?
- Yes — nationwide courier available. Enter your address at checkout for a live delivery quote, or message us on WhatsApp to confirm costs and timing for your area.
- Can I collect my order in Durban, South Africa?
- Yes — free collection in Durban, South Africa is available as a delivery method at checkout.
